Often we can overcome life’s difficulties on our own or with the support of friends and family. Sometimes, however, we can feel overwhelmed by difficult feelings or trapped in patterns of thinking and behaviour which we can’t break out of through sheer willpower, and friends, however supportive, don’t always know how to help or have their own problems to deal with.
As an experienced and accredited counsellor, I am equipped to help you work through your difficulties and find new ways of relating to yourself, others and the world. I won’t tell you what to do, but will offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which we can work together to find the best way forward for you.
